The links view displays the links that Nici found in the selected page {Selected Page: pages are listed on the left in Downloaded Pages and My Archives. To select a page, click on it. More }.
Typically you would switch to this view for Directory pages {The Nici-Quick download strategy classifies a web-page as a Directory page if it contains many links to picture pages. Directory pages are often updated each day with new links and can be used to add new picture pages to the download line. More } and click on one or more links to add a new pages to the download line.
The advantage of using the links view is you can see exactly what you are clicking on, and with experience, quickly spot blind links and links to trick pages {Trick page: There are many links and web-pages that do not contain pictures, but are designed to trick you into going to a page full of advertising banners and blind alleys. These pages are safely displayed in Nici, but Nici may not be able to select any good pictures.. If you want to see the page displayed as it would in a Web-Browser, use the source view instead.
Nici's Choice Links are a selection of higher quality links. Use to add all of the links to the download line.
