Software that "phones home". Without informing the user, spyware connects to the internet and provides information about the user of the software or the state of the program. Nici contains no spyware.
Standard internet connection ...
The network connection that your computer uses by default to access the internet. This can be a dial up connection, or a permanent network connection. It is the connection that your web browser and email program uses to access the internet.
