Automatically save all the images from a web-page to your computer.
Have you ever seen a webpage of images (like this one), and you want to save all the images that appear on it?
You could click on each thumbnail, wait for the image to download, right-click on the image, and then click on "save" , then click on your back button, then click on the next thumbnail image, then then click on "save" , again... etc etc etc. (If you really want to do this, and don't know how, see How to save web images/pictures)
It sounds like a lot of repetitive mouse clicking!
There is an easier way. Nici can do all of that for you. Simply enter the address of the page, and Nici will download the page, and then save all the images that the page links to.
Above is a screenshot of Nici after it has saved all the images from this page. It includes an advanced image viewer, with slideshow and morphing, so you can easily look through all the images you have saved ... now and anytime in the future.
Enter the address of this page into Nici, and in a couple of minutes (if you are using a 56k modem) or a couple of seconds (if you are using broadband), Nici will have saved all the images of Ayers Rock (in Australia's outback) to your computer.
Nici is smart enough to skip over the thumbnail images and only save the full size images that the thumbnails link to. Most of the time, Nici is also smart enough to not save any banner images or images that are used for navigation etc
