We use a 3rd party e-commerce provider, Atlantic Coast Soft Shop (SWREG), to process all orders. When an order is completed, we are notified by SWREG with the the purchaser's name, email address and mailing address. After purchasing Nici, we contact the purchaser at their email address to provide them with a purchase order key. After a month a permanent key is emailed to that address.
