Nici will only automatically download porn if you tell it during the setup that you do want to download adult pictures. (Please note: Nici checks the system content advisor and will refuse to download porn if the computer has been configured to block adult material. In addition, any porn blocking software will stop Nici from downloading this kind of material. For more information, please see the faq entry: Protecting Minors)

If you did tell Nici that you wanted to download AO pictures, and you no longer want to, follow these steps:

Turn off the Auto Pilot

Open the Nici Options window by clicking on the "Tools" menu, then clicking on "Options...".

Make sure the "Start with Auto pilot on" checkbox is unchecked, and then exit and restart Nici.

No Porn Please

Downloading the Tutorial Pictures

Alternatively, if you are looking for general non porn pictures, try downloading our tutorial page . To do this click on the "File" menu, then click on "New Page..." as illustrated below:

This opens the Download Control window. Enter (or copy and paste) the following address into the "Address:" field. http://www.nicipics.com/pictures/index.html

Then click on the "Add to Download Line" button. This is illustrated below

Once the page has finished downloading, click on it to select it, and then follow the instructions on the page.

Please note that the pages of pictures listed at the above tutorial page are 100% porn free.
